Welcome to Service and Network Operations

Southern Africa!

The Service and Network Operations Southern Africa (SNOSA)  was established by Southern Africa Telecommunications Association in 2006 as a local forum to champion Service and Network Operations (SNO) activities and developments by addressing pressing issues and contribute to global standardization. SNOSA has three general areas of interest:

Along with these general areas of coverage , and as part of its activities, SNOSA plays a vital role in stimulating and initiating recommendation work by allowing for the identification and capture of recommendations that are considered vital for network and service management within the carrier and service provider industry.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

There is an opportunity for manufacturers to make known their products, services and solutions into SNOSA. In addition, other sponsors like Regulators may be interested in contributing to SNOSA. During the meeting, Cooperating Partners and Solution Providers attending have the opportunity to interact with the delegates during and after the product presentations, meet the Operators for business opportunities in private meetings, display company logos or banners, present flyers and promotional gifts to delegates and discuss on possible areas of cooperation.

The following are members of Southern Africa Telecommunications Association Members and have free access to SNOSA. Non-Members pay participation and appearance fees for each event or gathering and the level of fees are determined by the SNOSA management.

Industry Community, making a difference
